Mouse Mining is a rock and aggregate broker. We source material from contracted pits and quarries, line up the trucking, and deliver it to your site or yard as one package. You get one number that covers the rock and the haul, and one person to call.
The process

Send the request
Tell us the material, how many tons, the delivery address, when you need it, and when your bid is due. Working from plans? Send the spec callout and we will match it. Missing a detail is fine. We will ask for what we need instead of guessing.

We match the material
Specs and local names vary from pit to pit. We identify exactly what your plans call for, like Class 6, #57, squeegee or structure fill, and confirm an equivalent if the exact spec is not available near your job.

We source from the closest pit
We pull from our contracted mines, pits and quarries based on your delivery location, so the material and the haul make sense together.

We line up the trucking
We book the haul with carriers who run that lane. You do not chase trucks or compare freight rates. We handle it.

You get one delivered price
Your quote shows material, trucking and sales tax as one delivered price per ton, plus the terms. The quote is also your bid, so you can drop it straight into your number. Asked for options? We price each one so you can pick. Quotes are good for 30 days.

Approve and schedule
Accept the quote in writing and give us at least three days notice on where and what. That lead time is how we keep your trucks on schedule and your crew from waiting.

Delivery by the truckload
Material arrives in full truckloads with a 25 ton minimum. You are billed on actual delivered tons from the scale tickets, not the estimate.

Invoice and payment
You get an invoice after delivery with the terms shown on your quote. Tax exempt? Send your exemption certificate once and we keep it on file.
Good to know
Do you deliver or can I pick up at the pit?
Every order is delivered. We quote one delivered price that includes trucking, so there is no pit pickup.
What is the minimum order?
Full truckloads, 25 ton minimum. Mouse Mining is a wholesale supplier for contractors, landscape companies and supply yards.
How long is a quote good for?
30 days from the quote date.
How is the final bill calculated?
On the tons actually delivered, from the scale tickets, at the per ton price on your quote.
Can you quote from my plans?
Yes. Send the spec callout or the plan sheet with your request and we will match the material.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, unless you have a valid exemption certificate on file with us.
